He saw mounting student debt and students unhappy with their degrees. He founded College Assistance Plus to help families with the financial burden and the emotional aspect of this immense purchase. Paul is fulfilled when he gets to assist families in getting additional financial aid to the tune of tens of millions of dollars over the last years.

Doreen brings more than 17 years of customer service and sales support to CAP. In addition, her educational certifications, business knowledge and customer relationship skills help her provide compassionate guidance to families throughout the college process.

She most recently worked 5 years in collections and collections management collecting on federally defaulted student loans. As a graduate of the University of Florida, she is eager to use the insight she experienced to help guide students through this process and save families money.

Josh Hogancamp spent over a decade working with college students in the nonprofit world with specializations in training, development, and multicultural teams. Josh was able to see firsthand the harm that massive student debt can cause young adults trying to start their life. He joined the CAPlus team to help families walk through the college process with confidence. Josh graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a degree in Organizational Management and holds multiple certificates in coaching and leadership development.
